Pictures from Christine and Brad's wedding
This wedding had great elements:
White on white decor with small silver accents
White dress swarming with swarvorski crystals
Silver chargers peeking under a white napkins with a menu card.
Silver framed place cards
A Cake as tall as the cieling (yes, I am exagerrating, but only a little). This cake was draped with crystals.
Tall white rose arrangements with pin spot lighting.
My favorite sign in book - the polaroid guest book.
and the cutest flower girl and ring bearer (the planner's children)

Congratulations to Christine & Brad
Christine and Brad are getting married this Saturday. This one will also be one San Antonio Wedding to remember. St. Joseph's Catholic Church with all the fanfare - then off to the Marion Koogle McNay Art Museum. All these weddings this spring are just fabulous. The white on white with silver accents and pinspot lighting will be the perfect in the Leeper Auditorium.
Here are two shots from Christine's bridal session this past week. This dress is awesome. It is the Paradise dress from the Reem Acra collection. These photographs are taken by my favorite photojournalist, Marcus Revilla. Thanks again to Marcus for having such a great eye. Christine's Mom was questioning every shot we took downtown. I knew it was genius in the making.

Traditional Wedding Anniversary Gifts - what to do
Anyway - it got me to thinking...What are the traditional gifts for anniversaries. I can't say I have thought about it for many years - not even for my own. So, in honor of Reagan, who is giving a great gift for his wife, here it is:
- Paper
- Cotton
- Leather
- Fruit / Flowers
- Wood
- Candy / Iron
- Wool / Copper
- Bronze / Pottery
- Pottery / Willow
- Tin / Aluminum
- Steel
- Silk / Linen
- Lace
- Ivory
- Crystal
20. China
25. Silver
Some of these are interesting - Wool / Copper? I'll have to work on that one.

Tips for dealing with Tuxedo Companies
So, after all that, here is the tip:
I walked out and went to the next store (same company, another branch) and ordered the same tux outside of the group. I actually paid less than the others in the group. So if you find yourself in a bind, just wait an afternoon for another salesperson or go to the next store. Don't pay the extra fee - SO not necessary.

The best looking flowergirl and ringbearer EVER!
You become so close to brides when you work with them for so long. We are delighted and honored to have the kids as part of Christine's big day.
This picture is from my sister's wedding prep back in October of 05. Ask me about that wedding sometime (When you have a day and half).

Congratulations to Ann and Aaron
They were married in April on the Wilson family property, Fabra Acres, just outside of Boerne. We love the work we are doing these days in and around the Boerne area. Again, we are blessed to be a part of such a wonderful couple's big day. Steven Pizzini has been a great addition to our team. His vision is always on the mark and I have yet to find a space he can't decorate. This was a huge task: oversight of tent installations, electrical, toilets, you name it we brought it and Steve handled it. Many thanks to Fresh Horizons catering, Scarlett, for their great food and professionalism and for the wonderful photographs taken by Sherry Hammonds. Thank you Sherry for capturing some of these design elements, we can't wait to see the rest.
Thank you Steven for another job well done!

Congratulations to Dana and Thomas
Check out these amazing bridals by the famed Marcus Revilla. These were taken at the Marioon Koogler McNay Art Museum (my favorite location right now). Also working with us tomorrow worth mentioning:
- Melissa White of Botanika
- Lisa Morales of Sugarhill Bakery (I will post a pic of this grand cake as soon as I can)
- Phillip Chancellor of 5150 Productions
- Anne Marie's Catering (still my favorite)
- Allegretto Music
Good luck to Marissa tomorrow. Her team has an event at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Helotes. We'll post reviews and pics soon.
